I loved how clean the hotel was and how effective the aircon was. The staff were extremely helpful and have great service. The hotel itself is also very good simple layout and easy access.

The receptionist, Ms Weng, performed her duties very well. She effectively resolved all my problems on documentation, quarantine issues and proper refund of unused days based on hotel rules and regulations. I totally commend her for being so adept to her responsibilities.

The place... still. I really like this place so when i visit manila i prefer to stay here... so my 3rd visit was very unexpected. The staff is not that accommodating maybe because there are too many guests or maybe its less of staff. 2nd... the room was really not that clean and still i can see small cocroaches wich i never seen in my last 2 stay so the management lack some cleanliness this time.

The Hotel is in the heart of Metro Manila. Very near to different commercial places.
